Oh, I checked the home page and it's only $2 plus optional tip/donation. So it's not a big deal if you have to use a nonoriginal LSDJ. It'll not have the cool sticker, though! ;) That and you will need a cart writer.

If they ever stop making GB carts, then you can modify your own carts using Flash ROMs. The ICs unfortunately require a bit of skill to replace. I suggest you buy the GB flash carts while you still can! :(

I'm thinking of getting a Gameboy Advance just to run both formats on one system without wearing out my (fragile and old) original DS. There's a tool that lets you access your GB saves using the link port and a PC. Anyone remember the name? I think it was multiboot based.

Is the reason people prefer the original Gameboy for LSDJ because of the hardware (technical reason) or just plain style? I seem to remember reading something saying they don't sound exactly the same. In fact, some versions of the Gameboy are different. For example, the GBC. Does anyone use an addon speaker for the headphone jack? Also, what kind of license does LSDJ have?

The Nintendo Wii began the revolution of movement based gaming command, but they had been not the initial. The Sony PS3 remotes have had gyroscopes in the remote way prior to the Wii was released, but the finish freedom that Nintendo made with their WiiMote has not been beat since. For Nintendo Wii enthusiasts this new way to command the game system, is not only groundbreaking, but also a really immersive gaming knowledge. There has never been a mainstream gaming technique that has brought the complete relatives into the gaming motion the way that the Nintendo Wii has in the total heritage of console gaming.
