GAME BOY camera GOLD version: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Yes!!!, believe or not believe there was a game boy camera in gold color. As you know the Game Boy Camera comes in five different standard colors: blue, green, red, yellow and clear purple (Japan only), but there was also a limited edition gold called The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time version, which contains different stamps from the standard versions and was available only in the USA through a mail order offer from Nintendo Power. About 2.000 units was built using this gold color that match perfectly with any game boy light (gold version).

Enjoy the pics, I tried to find some of these beauty’s on EBAY but seems really hard to find one :-( .

Enjoy!

Game Boy camera Gold... Yeahhh!!!!

Ohhhh!!! it's GOLD!!!

If somebody could one day find one of those, it would be find to rip the ROM in order that everyone could enjoy the stamps.

Maybe .sav files are compatible with the regular ROM, we could use both sets of stamps.

i got one of these, in fact it might be this one as the wear on the back and the serials all seem to match, even the slightly non centre bar code.

i am trying to dump the rom but for some reason it wont let me. the gameboy camera seems to be the only cartridge i can’t dump the rom from.

the stamps are in the rom so not transferable to a different camera

I still have mine from when I bought it throughout NP many years ago. I got to thinking about this and thought I would see how rare they were. Still one of my favorite special edition gold video game devices in my collection. Cold prolly take pictures of it if anyone wanted.
